What photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos with the face toward the camera and no sunglasses. One photo of you and one photo of your pet. They don't need to be in the same photo.
Can I include more people or pets?
Every portrait is you and one pet. One photo of you, and one photo of your pet.
Can I see it before I pay?
Yes. Pick your looks, add your photos, and we create up to 2 free watermarked previews per email. After checkout each preview becomes a sharp, high-resolution portrait of the same picture, and we create the rest of your looks. Delivered by email, usually within a few hours.
What if it doesn't look like my pet?
2 free re-rolls, then a full refund if you ask within 14 days.
When's the last day to order for Christmas?
Files are delivered by email, usually within a few hours, so leave that time before Christmas morning. If you want printed cards, also leave time for your printer or photo shop.
Do you ship prints or canvases?
No. We send high-res digital files, including a printable 5×7 card file (digital) in the Christmas Pack, so you can print them anywhere.
How does the gift reveal work?
You get a private link that shows a countdown until your chosen date, then the unwrap. Share it yourself, or we can email it to them at the moment it opens. It never expires.
What happens to my photos?
They're used only to make your portrait and are deleted after 30 days.
